NEW ZEALAND NATIONAL CHALLENGE ACCUMULATORS TO DECEMBER 2003
With results from 15 qualifying shows now recorded, the National Dressage Challenge Accumulators have reached an exciting stage. The newly imported Holsteiner stallion Landioso has a clear lead in the Equine Herbals Grand Prix. Ridden by Raglan's Jody Hartstone, he has amassed 19pts from three starts ahead of Bill Noble's Vincent St James and Kallista Field's Julius each with one win from one start on the circuit. Fresh from her disappointment of withdrawing Julius from Olympic contention, Kallista has bounced right back into lead in the Vetpro Advanced section on another talented young Jaguar horse, Jasper. The pair have recorded three wins and a second from four starts and hold a six point lead from World Challenge Advanced winner, Franzi van Bruggen and the imported Swiss horse Cavour.
