Calming of 'crazy horses' sets off alarm

For the first time yesterday, a number of prominent characters in the sport were willing to discuss their concerns that illegal tranquilisers were being fed to horses to better compete in the dressage test at major competitions, potentially distorting results and the outcome of medals.The sport's world governing body, the Federation Equestre Internationale, first reacted to intelligence about the possible existence of the sedative last year by increasing the number of drug tests immediately after the dressage phase...
