A COOL-headed air hostess has been rewarded for her quick thinking after she helped save a heart attack victim as they soared 37,000ft above the Atlantic Ocean.
Chief stewardess Karen Cornelius, 33, who lives off Lord Street, Macclesfield, was manning the cabin of the bmi airbus A330 flight from Chicago to Manchester when 51-year-old passenger Stephen Clarke, from Congleton, started experiencing crushing chest cramps.
