Dressage veterans set sights on Games

Dressage veterans set sights on Games
The 52-year-old dressage rider from Jerseyville, Ont., will represent Canada for the sixth time at an Olympic Games, this time in Athens this summer. She will lead the most powerful dressage team Canada has sent in many years. Canada earned its Olympic spot at the European championships. Only 10 dressage teams will compete in Athens. Ishoy said she believes her young mount, Proton, is the best horse she has ridden since Dynasty carried her to a fourth-place finish at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul. Ishoy and Dynasty were also part of a Canadian foursome that won a team bronze medal at those Olympics.
