National Farriers Week Honors Horseshoers' Efforts
An old saying in the equine community reflects the well-known truth that a horse suffering from a bad foot is no good at all: "No hoof, no horse." That is why thousands of farriers across the United States dedicate themselves to keeping horses' feet healthy. In recognition of the work performed by horseshoers, July 11 through 17 will mark National Farriers Week.
