Two West Virginia men have pleaded guilty today to castrating an unruly steed during a horse show last year. Ronnie Bowens and Herbert Messer pleaded guilty today to practicing veterinary medicine without a license. Bowens was the owner and Messer performed the procedure. A fellow horse trainer... heard the horse screaming.
